Mobile Payment Configuration
Set up your online payment vendor and give parents the ability to pay lunch balances through Family Access.

Welcome to another 60-Second Power-Up.
In this age of convenience, wouldn't it be nice if your students' parents could make food service payments right from their phones?
From your Administrative Access home page, go to Product Setup, Skyward Contact Access, then Student Management Configuration.
Click on the Vendor Setup button next to Online Payment Vendor.
Enter your vendor's information into the popup window.
In the Areas section, be sure payments are enabled for both desktop and mobile users.
Once the vendor is entered, parents will see a Make a Payment link when they log into Family Access.
Note that parents can enable push notifications to receive alerts when their food service balances are low.
Some vendors will also allow parents to set up recurring automatic online payments.
It's as easy as that!
