Get the word out. Use the Family Access district news postings to increase the likelihood of your messages reaching the maximum number of students and their families.

When it comes to getting the word out, posters are great, but today's digital world calls for an upgrade...
Welcome to another 60-Second Power-Up.
When it comes to getting the word out, posters are great, but today's digital world calls for an upgrade.
Make sure your message is getting directly to your target audience by using Skyward's District News Posting feature.
When you log in, click on Student Management.
Then, from the top toolbar, select Advanced Features and Message Center.
To add a new message, click Add on the right side of your screen.
Fill out the message title and description.
Then choose the medium through which you'll distribute the message.
You can also select which date you want the message to be distributed, so you can plan them in advance.
Select your audience on the lower half of the screen. You can send messages to student activity groups or narrow your audience by a range of other options.
Back on the Message Center home page, you have the option to recall or clone messages and sort through the messages you have.
It's as easy as that!
