- Q: How do I create a new account?
A: Please contact your school or district office. Skyward is not involved in the account creation process.
- Q: I can't find my district. What do I do now?
A: Our first recommendation is to try a more simplified version of your search. If your school district has a number in its name, try searching for just the number. If there are multiple words in your district's name, try searching by just one part of one word.
If you still can't find it after revising your search, try visiting your school district's website instead. Most of our customers have a link to their Skyward portal right on their home page.
To help increase security, login Educator Access & Employee Access portals are no longer available through the Skyward website. To get a direct link to your district’s portal, contact your district office. -
Q: My district/staff portal link is no longer appearing. What do I do now?
A: This page now only displays parent and student portal URLs. It no longer includes district/staff portal links. As Skyward continues to increase security measures, we took this precautionary step to protect districts from bad actors and cybercriminals easily finding these URLs. This is purely a preventative change in an effort to enhance overall security.
Each district’s technology department now has more control over where district/staff portal URLs appear. Please contact your district technology department for the portal link to access your district login. - Q: How do I make changes to my account?
A: Please contact your school or district office. Skyward does not have access to your account and is unable to change any of your personal information or settings.
- Q: How can I reset my password?
A: Please contact the school or district office for assistance. Skyward does not have the ability to perform a password reset.
