Welcome to another 60-Second Power-Up.

Today we're going to look at the Message Center Usage Report. It allows you to see how well your teachers are engaging parents through the Family Access Message Center.

Start off by selecting Gradebook Tracker from the Administrator Access dropdown menu.

Here, you can select a specific teacher to view his or her gradebook data.

On the right-hand side of the screen, select Message Center Usage Report. Click Add to start a new report.

Give the report a title, then select the ranges for your report.

You can choose to run a report on messages involving administrators, advisors, activities, classes, or all of these categories.

The Class Messages option will bring up additional helpful filters.

For instance, running a report on classes with no messages can raise red flags and help you identify teachers that aren't using the Message Center.

At the bottom of the page, you can select whether you'd like to sort the report by teacher or class, and choose your preferred printing options.

When you're finished, you can choose to save the report as a template in Family Access or to run the report and print it as a PDF.

It's as easy as that!

Check out the other 60-Second Power-Ups and become even more Skyward-savvy.
