A: Great question! Most of the schools and districts we work with have a link to Family and Student Access right on their main webpages. You also may have received a link in your back-to-school communications. If you still aren't having any luck, please contact the school office directly - they'll be able to point you in the right direction.
A: Unfortunately, we do not maintain or have access to your account information. Please contact the school or district office if you forgot your username or need a password reset.
A: Please contact the school or district technology office. Many of our customers have set up unique security configurations and display settings. Here at Skyward, we do not have access to these configurations or your individual account, so there is very little we can do on our end.
A: Many of our best enhancements were developed with the input of current Skyward users. We'd love to hear your feedback! Talk to your Skyward administrator about submitting a Request for Enhancement or become an active player in our community by signing up for the User Research Panel here.
A: Because every school and district is different, there may be times when certain areas of Skyward are not visible or not available to you. We would recommend focusing on the information that is relevant based on the setup being used by your child's school.
A: The fact that you're here tells us you're taking a proactive interest in your child's education. We salute you. Recent studies have shown a direct correlation between parent involvement and student achievement, attendance, and behavior, from kindergarten through graduation. Our only advice is to keep doing what you're doing - parent involvement typically drops off during the high school years, but sometimes that's when it can have the greatest impact.
