Hi, I'm Tyler.
Behaviors like these happen all day, every day, and administrators need a simple way to keep tabs on building-level behavior trends.
Help make that job easier by setting up a Multiple Discipline Graphs Report and scheduling discipline reports to automatically be sent to administrators.
Create Multiple Discipline Graphs
First, you'll need to make sure you have created each of the discipline graphs you want to include in your Multiple Discipline Graph report.
Start by adding a new graph.
Say you want to get a better idea of when major offenses have been happening in the past 4 weeks. In Levels, choose just the Major Offenses and change the Breakdown to "Time."
Once you've created all 5 discipline graphs, you can set up your Multiple Discipline Graph to see all the data in one place.
Once you click Add, you can name your report and select up to 5 graphs to include.
Create separate graphs for any individual students who could use a little extra attention.
Click Save, and then click Print to generate your report.
Principals may benefit from receiving these discipline reports regularly via email.
Schedule Your Report
To schedule a report in My Print Queue, choose Tasks, Schedule This.
Edit the details for this task, including the Task Description, frequency, and export options.
You can even add this graph to the Notifications widget on the dashboard for any staff members who need to keep an eye on behavior trends.
What administrator wouldn't like to see a snapshot of behavior trends?
