Hi, I'm Laura.

You may be trying to transform your district and go paperless, but sometimes there's just no alternative to sending old-fashioned mail. When that time comes, be sure to use Skyward to make creating and printing address labels a breeze.

Create Address Labels

From your main dashboard, click on the Students tab, then Data Mining.

On the right side of your screen, click on Address Labels.

To set up a filter determining which labels should be included, click on "Print Using Reports Generator."

Then click Add, type your new parameter name, and click Save.

Now you'll be able to set the new parameters for your address labels by choosing Student Ranges or any other parameter on the left side of the screen.

Once your parameters are set, click Save and Back.

Then, with your choice highlighted, click Print.

There's no need to manually enter information for address labels.

Work smarter with Skyward, and stay tuned for more Quick Hits for admin assistants coming soon.
