Let's look at how to use and export the calendar in Skyward. It shows things like sporting events, assignment due dates, and more.
We'll click on the Calendar tile on our Family Access home screen.
The Settings button in the upper-right corner lets us customize our calendar. We can choose what we want to display or hide and assign color codes.
For this example, we'll hide weekends and select all the categories we want displayed for Maya and Bennett.
Some calendar events include attachments. For example, here we see Bennett's baseball schedule.
To keep all our events in one place, we can export information from our Skyward calendar to our personal calendar.
First, we'll select the students we want included.
Enter the start and end dates we want to export, then click Next.
We'll uncheck the box for any events we want to exclude.
Then, we'll click the Download button and save the file.
We'll receive an .ics file that can be imported into our personal calendar app.
