 Frequently asked questions

Q: Where do I go to log in to my account?

A: It's very likely that your school or district has a link to Family and Student Access right on its website. If you still aren't having any luck finding it, please contact your school office directly - they'll be able to point you in the right direction.
 

Q: Can you send me my login info?

A: Unfortunately, we do not maintain or have access to your account information. Please contact the school or district office if you forgot your username or need a password reset.
 

Q: I'm having technical difficulties. Who do I contact?

A: Please contact your school office. Unfortunately, we can't access your individual account, so there's little we can do on our end.
 

Q: Who do I talk to if I have a suggestion for improving Skyward?

A: Many of our best enhancements were developed with the input of current Skyward users. We'd love to hear your feedback! Talk to your Skyward administrator about submitting a Request for Enhancement or become an active player in our community by signing up for the User Research Panel here
 

Q: Why can't I see my grades yet?

A: Trust us, we understand that feeling of anticipation. Please note that Skyward does not have any control over when your grades, schedules, or assignments show up in Family and Student Access. As soon as your teacher is done posting the information, you'll be able to see it. We promise!
 

Q: Do you have any advice for students?

A: It's great that you care enough about your education to stay on top of your progress through Student Access! The best advice we can give you is to be yourself, explore the things that interest you most, and stop worrying about what others think of you. Take accountability for your personal growth, embrace the wisdom and encouragement of those who support you, and - when it comes to pursuing your dreams - don't be afraid to reach skyward.
 

Q: The system is down. What gives?

A: That's not good! Please contact your school office - they should be able to keep you in the loop and let you know when it's expected to be back online.
