As a technology leader, you have an impact on every aspect of your district's operations. You know full well that sometimes, a major improvement can be as simple as raising awareness of a capability that already exists. 

Skyward's online forms are just one example. 

Online Forms 

From your HR dashboard, click on Employee, then Online Forms. 

Here, you'll be able to review existing forms or add a new one. 

One of the more popular uses of Online Forms is the new hire process. Let's take a closer look. 

Online Forms can be accompanied by an alert in Employee Access and a brief message with an explanation of the form's content. 

The forms will always consist of some combination of canned fields, links, and custom forms. Notice how the new hire process makes use of all three options. 

When you've finished setting up your new form, you can define who it needs to go to, whether it's all employees, a small group, or just one individual. 

Here's what it looks like to them. 

After a form has been pushed out, you can review completion status and send email reminders from one place. 

Paperless is no longer a novelty. It's the new normal.
