Hi, my name is Scott Price.
And if there's one thing I can't stand, it's red tape.
As a CFO, you know just how many moving parts it takes to keep your district running. Workflow bottlenecks, paper forms, and a lack of transparency can really take a toll on your district's bottom line.
What if I told you there was a way to avoid these obstacles and add a bit of automation to your daily activities?
Come, let's take a closer look at Skyward's Task Manager.
One of the nice things about Task Manager is this handy widget you can add to your staff's dashboard. Now, when they clock in for the day, they can see exactly what's expected of them in order of priority.
They'll also receive an automated email when something gets assigned to them.
To complete the task, your employee will click on the summary and follow the steps that have been set up for this particular workflow.
In this example, we'll be reviewing an employee transfer request. Notice the reference program and custom form that have been tied to this task.
Click on the next step to send the task up the approval chain.
As an administrator, you can view a complete list of outstanding tasks, including the number of days the task has been open.
You can initiate a follow-up email or, if you're feeling generous, complete the task on behalf of your employee.
Do away with the red tape once and for all with Task Manager, and keep those wheels rolling.
Work smarter with Skyward.
