I may be new here at Skyward, but, as a former English teacher, I can vouch for the value of transparency in school administration. 

As a principal, you need more than just the occasional observation to have a real understanding of what your teachers are doing, where their strengths are, and where you might be able to help prop them up. 

Skyward's Teacher Tracker brings all of that information together in one place. 

You'll find the Teacher Tracker under Educator Access Plus. We'll take a look at the Monitor by Class option here. 

Notice how you can scroll through the class to see score distribution, grade distribution, attendance, behavior, and more. 

In the Gradebook Usage area, you can get a feel for grading trends throughout your school, how frequently your teachers are updating their gradebooks, and how much information is being made available to parents ahead of time. 

If you need to follow up with any of your teachers, you can do so by choosing the Send Email option and clicking on any group from the chart.
