A: You'll want to contact your technology department for a password reset. Skyward does not maintain or have access to any of your account information.
A: Much of that has to do with your school/district's security settings. It's also possible your district's contract with Skyward does not include all of the features depicted. If you think you should have access to a particular area, please contact your technology department for more information.
