 Frequently asked questions

Q: What do I do if my login isn't working?

A: You'll want to contact your technology department for a password reset. Skyward does not maintain or have access to any of your account information.
 

Q: Why can't I see all of the options that are available on these videos?

A: Much of that has to do with your school/district's security settings. It's also possible that your district's contract with Skyward does not include all of the features depicted. If you think you should have access to a particular area, please contact your technology department for more information.
 

Q: Who do I talk to if I have a suggestion for improving Skyward?

A: Many of our best enhancements were developed with the input of current Skyward users. We'd love to hear your feedback! Talk to your Skyward administrator about submitting a Request for Enhancement or become an active player in our community by signing up for the User Research Panel here
 

Q: I need help with another area of Skyward - what do I do?

A: The best place to start is your internal Skyward support team. Or, press the "Help" or "SkyDoc" button from anywhere in the software. We've also got all kinds of resources here
