It's open enrollment time, and you only have a brief window to make decisions about benefits that can impact you and your family all year.
Today, we're going to take a look at Skyward's open enrollment features that can help ensure you've got the coverage you need.
If your district uses Skyward's insurance tracking feature, Employee Access will be your go-to destination during the open enrollment period.
When you log in, select Online Open Enrollment.
If your district has uploaded online enrollment instructions to the employee area, look these over before getting started.
In the Employee Setup Information area, you can review your existing information, including the total approximate deductions and benefits per month and per pay period.
Below, you can review your existing plans, coverage levels, and monthly deductions and benefits.
Highlight a plan, then indicate whether you'd like to retain, drop, or add coverage.
Make sure your dependent information is up to date, print a copy for your records, and, when you're ready, submit your coverage selections to HR.
It's as easy as that!
