Q: What do I do if my login isn't working?

A: Get in touch with your internal Skyward support team. They'll be able to reset your password or provide you with updated credentials as needed. Skyward does not have access to your password or account information.
 

Q: How do I sign up for more formal training from Skyward staff?

A: You'll want to work with your internal Skyward support contacts to submit an on-demand training request. Visit the Know Your Skyward Training Options article and scroll down near the bottom for step-by-step instructions.
 

Q: What if I don't have access to some of the areas I'm seeing in these resources?

A: The features and functionality you can see when you log in to Skyward depend on the products your school or district owns and the security settings you've been assigned. If you believe you should have access to more, please contact your internal Skyward support team.
 

Q: How do I create a new account?

A: Please contact the school or district office for assistance. Skyward is not involved in the account creation process.
