Let us introduce you to our Qmlativ migration project managers.

If your district will be making the switch from SMS 2.0 to Qmlativ, these experts will be your partners and guides, helping make your transition as smooth as possible. We want to take the opportunity to introduce you to a few of these team members and give you a peek at what’s happening behind the scenes of your migration.

Check out the video!

Working hand in hand with departments such as sales, customer success, and the data migrations team, Qmlativ migration project managers oversee the intricate process of helping your district transition to Qmlativ.

These experts will partner with you on your migration journey from start to finish, helping you stay on track and providing crucial support every step of the way. You’ll have opportunities to meet with them to assess progress, address concerns, and receive guidance on what needs to be done. They will also ensure you are aware of upcoming due dates and key milestones you need to meet, so you can hit the ground running in Qmlativ. Each interaction with your project manager is a prime opportunity for your district to connect with Skyward and make sure everyone is on the same page.

Your project manager will also help your district gain confidence in Qmlativ. Your district's primary method of support is through the Professional Development Center (PDC), where you will follow a phased approach to learning the software. By the time you finish your sessions and workshops and go live in Qmlativ, you’ll be comfortable and confident in your new system.

In addition to taking PDC courses, your district can also attend Q&A sessions where you’ll get answers to your questions and get to know other districts who are migrating at the same time as you. You’ll be able to connect and build a community where you can learn from each other’s experiences.

So, what does a typical day look like for a Qmlativ migration project manager? It involves reviewing emails and project updates, attending meetings with both internal teams and school districts, and making sure everyone and everything stays on track.

Though migrations can be challenging at times, the rewards of seeing a successful migration and a district excelling in Qmlativ make it all worthwhile!
