STEVENS POINT, Wis. (Aug. 30, 2016) – Skyward, a K-12 school administrative software provider, announces its partnership with Wisconsin Regional Computer Centers (WiRCC), a collaborative comprised of three Cooperative Educational Service Agencies – CESAs 5, 7 and 10 – to provide School Business Suite clients in the state with additional support and service options. WiRCC districts using Skyward’s ERP solution will have access to training and support through their local CESA team.

“Skyward’s partnership with WiRCC furthers our efforts in providing proactive, efficient service and support to clients,” said Kevin McFerrin, chief business development officer at Skyward. “Although there are still steps to be taken, we’re excited about the increased training opportunities and excellent support experience that will be delivered to our Wisconsin district partners.”

CESA teams will soon complete training on Skyward’s School Business Suite before serving district clients. Members of Skyward’s customer consulting and support department will facilitate CESA trainings, which will mirror Skyward’s internal detailed certification plan to ensure clients continue to receive superior service and support.

“This partnership allows CESAs to expand our capacity to better serve school districts, while working with a Wisconsin company,” said Jeremy Biehl, agency administrator for CESA 5. “Districts can look forward to the same quality of service and personal attention they’ve been used to with our software support division.”

In the partnership’s early stages, new district clients working with their local CESA will have access to support and service for Skyward’s ERP solution. As Skyward’s partnership with WiRCC matures, current School Business Suite clients will also have access to the CESA-support option to meet their unique consulting and service needs.
