Their influence as the front lines and faces of Skyward to many of our customers not only contributes to customer satisfaction and retention; it also plays a significant role in determining how we are perceived by those who have not yet purchased Skyward.
Consulting & Support is not just a stepping-stone at Skyward—this department offers full-scale career progression and leadership opportunities. As you obtain more knowledge and experience in the Skyward software, you will assume additional duties, from working the call queue to performing on-site training and consulting for new customer onboarding. Our most knowledgeable Consulting & Support reps are called on to present at user group conferences throughout the country, helping Skyward users become more confident and efficient in our various systems.
