STEVENS POINT, Wis. (December 30, 2019) – Skyward today announced the retirements of three long-time leaders within the organization. After lengthy careers at Skyward, Jon Oliver, chief operations officer; Andy Lind, vice president of consulting & support; and Terry Anderson, vice president of corporate operations; will be retiring from the company at the end of 2019.

Jon Oliver began his career at Skyward in 1985 and has been instrumental in the growth and success of major initiatives for the company. Oliver has made an impact on every department within Skyward throughout his career, and his legacy will leave a mark on company history.

Andy Lind came to Skyward in 1990. His passion for Skyward customers has been evident since day one. Lind helped grow the consulting and support department from 20 employees to more than 150 during his 30-year tenure. His leadership within the department has established a foundation that will carry on well into the future.

Terry Anderson joined Skyward in 2002. He was responsible for launching the project management department and has built a team that is extremely vital to the company. Anderson’s guidance and commitment to customers during their Skyward implementations has had a profound impact on Skyward’s success.

In addition to the retirements, the company announced two recent promotions. In 2020, Tim Casey will assume the role of vice president of customer success which includes customer consulting and support and project management, and Kevin Duda will assume the role of vice president of product which will include guiding the product strategy at Skyward.

“A unique aspect of our company is the tenure of our employees,” said Ray Ackerlund, president of Skyward. “In an age where many companies struggle to keep employees, we have been fortunate to have many begin and end their careers at Skyward. On behalf of Skyward, I thank Jon, Andy, and Terry for their dedication and commitment to the company and wish them nothing but the best during their retirements.”
