Student-centric scheduling. Helps counselors meet student needs. Works in conjunction with teacher recommendations.
Traditional scheduling - hundreds or thousands of timetables, graduation requirements, and conflicts - can be a daunting task. We developed online course requests to help alleviate some of that stress and put more of the power and accountability back into the hands of students and their families.

1) Designed for a Future-Ready Scheduling Approach
Online course requests can be used in tandem with either Future Scheduling or Arena Scheduling, so you can choose the approach that best fits your district strategy. With student-centric and personalized learning fast becoming the norm, it's important that you have the tools to keep up.
2) Easy for Students and Parents to Use
There's no sense having a tool like this if the people it was designed for need to be technical experts to use it right. The Online Course Request feature is located in the same part of Family Access that students and parents already go to for schedules. There will be a clear notification when course requests are open and students can add or remove selected courses with just one click.
